We’ve made listing easy for you through our mobile app or our website.  You can find simple steps on our “List Your Merchandise” page.

Accurate weight calculation helps in determining shipping costs, selecting the appropriate shipping service, and ensuring compliance with shipping carrier regulations. Things to consider are fabric type and amount of items.

  • Cotton: Lighter in weight, typically at the lower end of the weight ranges provided.

  • Silk: Heavier, especially if heavily embroidered, typically at the higher end of the weight ranges.

  • Georgette/Chiffon: Lighter, similar to cotton.

How should I price my items?

How do I setup my merchandise for shipping?

Once you've agreed on the terms with the buyer, you'll be able to quickly and easily print out a prepaid shipping label to match the right box size you'll be shipping your merchandise in. We've made it easy for you, so all you have to do is make sure you have the right boxes, neatly place your items in the box, affix the label and ship away.

As a seller, how do I get set up?

It's easy. Simply visit the the Become a Seller page and click on "Create Account".

As a seller, how do I get paid?

To streamline our financial operations and ensure secure transactions, we exclusively use PayPal for all vendor payments. Please ensure you have an active PayPal account before proceeding with your registration.

Steps to Get Paid:

  1. Sign up for a PayPal account at PayPal's website if you do not already have one.
  2. Link your bank account or credit card to your PayPal account.

Once the buyer has paid you, the money will be sent to us so we can deduct the commission and transferred to your preferred method of payment.

As a seller, how can I see my sales?

The Vendor Dashboard provides an abundance of data and information regarding your sales, product inventory, and analytics.

How long will it take to get my purchased items?

Once the item(s) have been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you to see the status of the shipment. As per our Terms & Conditions, the seller must ship the merchandise within 3 days of the transaction.

My merchandise was damaged, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, sometimes items can get damaged by the carrier. In that situation, we can work with the seller to submit a claim to be reimbursed. If the packaging is not damaged, however, the item is, we will work with the seller to do the right thing to provide excellent customer service.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, there is no way to retract it. However, with a valid reason, you can return the item(s).
