Refund / Return Policy
We ensure your satisfaction by offering a full refund if your item doesn’t ship or doesn’t match its listing description. However, please note that all sales are final unless a discrepancy is reported.
Our Refund Policy operates as follows:
We hold payment to the seller until you confirm receipt of your order as described. You have 3 days after delivery to report any issues through the SilkChest app or website, accompanied by supporting photos. If your claim is substantiated, we’ll provide a return label and refund your payment once the item is returned within 5 days of approval.
Covered scenarios include undisclosed damage, incorrect or missing items, items not matching their descriptions, and items proven to be inauthentic. Claims must be filed within 3 days of delivery to prevent automatic payment release to the seller.
However, we do not cover instances where the item simply doesn’t fit or if you change your mind. In such cases, you are encouraged to relist the item on SilkChest. #silkchestit
It’s important to note that SilkChest does not extend to trades or transactions conducted outside the platform. Engaging in off-platform transactions entails inherent risks, as we cannot guarantee fulfillment from both parties. You assume all associated risks in such transactions.
